Wire / Spark Eroding

The process of wire eroding employs metal cutting technology which can replace traditional machining methods.

Components that would normally be milled/turned/ground can now be wire eroded, with improved surface finish, dimension tolerances and machining costs. Complex forms can be cut in hardened materials, including carbide up to 250mm thick with minimum clamping, leaving the finished parts free of distortion.

We currently employ 2 Agie spark eroding machines plus 2 Agie wire eroding machines, supported by PEPS programming software.
